How we raise funds

As the pre-school is a registered charity, we are very reliant on fundraising to provide new equipment and resources for the children. This page details the fundraising initiatives and activities that are currently in place to support the pre-school:

• The Ryde Pre-School Webshop
  
  
  
  
  The pre-school webshop contains links to an ever growing list of retailers. If you shop online via the webshop a percentage of the purchase cost will be given to the pre-school.
  
  There are over 100 retailers involved, many of which are household names, such as Teleflorist, Thorntons, Marks & Spencer and many more.
  
  There's no extra cost to shopping via our webshop. You pay the same prices as shopping directly with the retailer and there are often discounts exclusive to the webshop. This means shopping online can be secure, quick and beneficial for both you and the pre-school.
  
  
• Cake sales
  
  The pre-school holds regular cake sales. See the calendar for dates.
  
  
• The Christmas Fayre
  
  Each year the Ryde Pre-School, in association with the Ryde School PTA, organise a Christmas fayre. This is a major fundraising event for the pre-school and requires the participation and help of many volunteers. For more information see the noticeboard and newsletters.
