Week beginning Monday 5th January 2009

Adult Led Activities 

Photos and picture of self for display -  The children will either have their  photograph taken or they will be asked to draw a picture of themselves for a display.

Settling in and getting to know one another  -  The children will spend time with their Key Worker and peers enjoying the activities on offer. Staff will be observing the children to inform future planning.

Free Choice Activities for the week
Home corner, Construction area, Play dough and cutters, Farm buildings and farm animals, Dressing up trolley, Story books, Painting easel with variety of tools, Sand tray with buckets and spades, Water tray with fishing nets and rods and Graphics table with, paper, pens, pencils, glue, sellotape, magazines and scissors.

Outdoor play for the week
Brio train track and trains, Mega blocks, Whiteboards and pens, Bob the Builder toys, Bats and balls,
Football goal, Basket ball net and Trikes.

Craft Activities
Box modelling and collage.
